Terms & Conditions:

1. Full payment is required when placing a food order
2. A 50% deposit in required when placing a wedding or specialty cake order, with full payment two weeks prior to your event.
3. Changes or cancellation of food orders after 11 am the day prior result in full charges.
4. Changes or cancellation of wedding or specialty cake orders with less than 72 hours notice result in full charges.
5. Prices are subject to change.
6. If Market Street Catering is unable to perform any of its duties under this contract due to fire, strikes, accidents, acts of God, acts of public authorities or events otherwise out of control of Market Street Catering, then all obligations of Market Street Catering under this contract will be terminated.  Customer will receive a refund of all monies paid.
